On Sunday, the Bucs had a less than stellar performance against the Saints, bringing the Bucs to 3-7 and the Saints 8-2.

Jameis Winston threw four interceptions but still managed to throw two touchdowns to Chris Godwin and Peyton Barber. He completed 30/51 passes for 313 yards. He’s currently fourth for passing TD’s making him still a decent quarterback for Fantasy.

The Bucs defense allowed 28 points from the Saints. With no turnovers and only one sack, the performance was a reflection of their poor performance this season.

For week 12, the Bucs have a decent matchup against the Falcons who are also 3-7 this season.

Jameis Winston had an ankle injury at the end of the game against the Saints but still practiced in full all week and is likely to suit up on Sunday. Last year’s Bucs at Falcons game, Winston completed 30/41 throws for 395 yards, four touchdowns and two interceptions, resulting in a 29-34 loss. He needs to not throw interceptions against the Falcons who have only four interceptions this season, all-coming last week against the Panthers.

With Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, and Cameron Brate the Bucs have a solid chance this week to make it an interesting game.

Look for the Bucs defense to continue to struggle at the CB position with the Falcons coming in at fourth in the league this season in passing yards. Meanwhile, the Bucs have the second to worst pass defense. The Bucs saving grace this season has been their rush defense, currently ranking second in the league.

With the Falcons coming into this game with a two game win streak, the Bucs need to come into this game focusing on this week instead of dwelling on last week’s loss to the Saints.

Fantasy Football 2019: Who to sit, who to start

Jameis Winston (QB) He’ll be a low QB1, but against the Falcons defense, he should still produce good Fantasy numbers.

Mike Evans (WR) As a WR1 for the Bucs, you can expect a fair share of targets.

Chris Godwin (WR) Another WR1 against the Falcons, Godwin is expected to be a strong asset for the Bucs offense.

Cameron Brate (TE) If O.J. is benched for the rest of the season; Brate will be targeted more making him a strong Fantasy choice.

O.J. Howard (TE): His performance against the Saints resulted in him being benched for the remainder of the game. Unsure how much he will be used, if at all, against the Falcons.

Ronald Jones II (RB): Jones probably won’t see many touches this game, not worth starting.

Peyton Barber (RB): Peyton hasn’t seen many touches this season. He should be sat, if not dropped, at this point.

Defense: The Bucs defense has been abysmal this season.
