Bounce Back for the Pack

Week 13 Matchup

After a very ugly loss on Sunday night the Packers will look to get back on track against a struggling Giants team. The Giants have been dealing with injuries on both sides of the ball for a big part of the season. Most notably this week they will be without Golden Tate and Evan Engram. Even though there has been a bunch of injuries and the Giants have been losing, Daniel Jones has been a bright spot for this young team. Jones in his last 5 games has 14 TDs and only 2 INTs. Very impressive stretch for the rookie.

Matt Lafleur was noticeably upset with the team after last week’s game and rightfully so. Aaron Rodgers also said this week that it’s on him to get “hot” in order for the team to get rolling. The Giants defense has struggled to stop many teams so there couldn’t be a better matchup for the Packer offense to get back to normal. The Packers should be able to do as they please on offense this week.

My prediction is that the Packers jump out early against the Giants with a balanced attack of passing and running. Once they pull ahead they will likely be running the ball to chew the clock. The Giants will probably make the game closer than it appears in the later stages (Garbage Time).
