Quarterback Free Agency Predictions: Drew Brees, Teddy Bridgewater & Philip Rivers

The 2020 season only has one game left, The Super Bowl, which means that the off-season is quickly approaching. Teams will be getting ready for the Draft in April, making changes to the coaching staff/ team management, and working on their rosters for the 2020 regular season. Right now, one of the biggest challenges facing teams is how to deal with their free-agent players. Normally there are a few big names that enter the free agency, especially at QB, but this year there seem to be quite a few QBs on in the market.

A very Bengals Series of Events: Free Agency and NFL Draft theory

I truly believe that this sport is like no other, and part of why I love it so much is connecting with other people about the NFL; college ball; the draft; what strategies their team might go for in the coming year; what we think about certain players and their trajectories and any other related topics that cross our minds. Basically, I love talking about the game.

Chicago Bears vs Minnesota Vikings Week 17 Preview

It has been a tough week for Minnesota fans. The Vikings dropped to 10-5 on the season with a loss to Green Bay. The game didn’t mean much as the Vikings already clinched a playoff spot, but losing to a Rival, in your own home, is not something we are used to. That was Aaron Rodgers first win in US Bank Stadium. We lost some key players and Minnesota’s offense just couldn’t do anything. The final game of the regular season is against our second biggest rival in the Monsters of the Midway. Chicago will be coming to Minnesota on Sunday and are only playing for pride at this time. Since the Vikings can’t get a better playoff spots, now would be a good time to rest some starters.

Chiefs Continue Push for First Round Bye with the Bears on the Schedule

The Kansas City Chiefs (10-4) take their current four game winning streak to Chicago in a Sunday Night Football match-up against the Bears (7-7). These teams are different in regards to how their seasons have gone. The Chiefs have already locked down a playoff spot and are hoping to fight their way into a higher seed while the Bears were officially eliminated from playoff contention with a loss to the Packers last week.

Bears vs Packers: A Rivalry Game that Could Make or Break Your Fantasy Championship

The Packers will be at home this week and the word around the locker room coming from Aaron Rodgers is “consistency”. According to Rodgers the team has the pieces to make a deep playoff run. He’s right though about the consistency problem. The Packers have won a variety of ways this season. Whether it’s been because of defense, running the ball, or Rodgers doing his thing, they have all contributed to a win. But when you look more closely at the season the Packers defense hasn’t really been the same since early on in the season. Running the football has been the most consistent thing in the packers offense. In 7 of the 13 games they have ran for over 115 yards but in the other 6 it’s have been under 80 yards. Similar situation for Rodgers as he has had 2 games over 400 yards but 5 games under 200. Not Great. So lack of consistency is the true issue.

Draftkings/Fanduel Thursday Night Preview

Football is finally back and the first game of the year is a good one. It features last year surprise team the Chicago Bears hosting the Green Bay Packers. When playing DFS rather its Fan Duel or Draftkings or one of the many other sites it always pays to have an edge. It could be a little known stat, an injury or illness that happens right before kickoff or any other small detail.
