Minnesota Vikings Off Season preparation

There are many questions for the Minnesota Vikings heading into the off season. Probably the biggest one was answered today. We will get into that in a bit. Some of the biggest questions are, should they take a QB in the draft? How will they improve their O line? What will happen to Griffen and Rhodes? How did Rhodes make the Pro Bowl? Just joking on the last one, but seriously how? He was the eighth worst CB in the league! The Pro Bowl just doesn’t make sense sometimes.

49ers Advance to the Super Bowl: “Feels Great, Baby”

An offhand comment from Jimmy Garoppolo to Fox’s Erin Andrews on Halloween after an 8-0 start to the season became a rallying cry for both fans and some teammates. Naturally, 100 different companies have slapped the phrase on any piece of merch they have that can fit the 3-word catch phrase (spoiler, it’s a lot of merch). Despite everyone trying to make a buck off of it, the statement really sums up how 49ers players and fans feel about this season. It feels great to win the NFC. It feels great to have another shot at winning the Super Bowl. It feels great to have a team to be proud of, not just on the field but also how they mesh off the field and support each other. It’s wild looking back at the preseason and remembering the vibe around some corners of 49ers twitter. I saw a surprising number of people saying San Francisco should fire both HC Kyle Shanahan and GM John Lynch (2019 PFWA Executive of the Year). This is what a rebuild done right looks like. I’m excited for the Super Bowl and I’m also excited for the team’s future.

Vikings vs Saints Wild Card Weekend Preview: Can Minnesota Hold off a Saints Revenge?

What a crazy year it has been for Vikings fans. Minnesota started the year off hot with a beat down on the Falcons and followed it up with a few bad weeks against Green Bay and Chicago. In those weeks, Minnesota was talked as one of the biggest pretenders and the playoffs looked as far as could be. Now here they are, a 10-6 record, which could have been easily 11-5, and in the playoffs. I really didn’t know if this would be possible after the week 4 loss to the Bears. They take on the Saints Sunday and are looking to hold off a Saints revenge, as the last time they met in the playoffs, the famous Minneapolis Miracle was born when Diggs took a last second pass from Case Keenum and took it to the house to pull an upset over Saints. Can Minnesota pull of another win?

Chicago Bears vs Minnesota Vikings Week 17 Preview

It has been a tough week for Minnesota fans. The Vikings dropped to 10-5 on the season with a loss to Green Bay. The game didn’t mean much as the Vikings already clinched a playoff spot, but losing to a Rival, in your own home, is not something we are used to. That was Aaron Rodgers first win in US Bank Stadium. We lost some key players and Minnesota’s offense just couldn’t do anything. The final game of the regular season is against our second biggest rival in the Monsters of the Midway. Chicago will be coming to Minnesota on Sunday and are only playing for pride at this time. Since the Vikings can’t get a better playoff spots, now would be a good time to rest some starters.

Vikings vs Chargers Preview: How the Vikings Move Forward in their Playoff Push

It is a nerve racking time in the Land of 10,000 Lakes. The Minnesota Vikings currently hold the 6th seed of the NFC. There are 3 games left of the 2019 season and the Vikings control their own destiny with those 3 games. If they manage to win out, they would head to the playoffs. If they loose all of them, Chicago and the L.A. Rams both have a chance to take the 6th seed spot. Now both of those teams would basically have to win out and have the Vikings Lose out for them to make it, which is not likely, but crazier things have happened.

Minnesota Vikings Week 13 Preview

It’s a bitter sweet week for us Vikings fans. We are fresh off a win, that we should be proud of but sadly we have to go 2 weeks without Vikings football. I believe it will be beneficial for the team as (hopefully) some of our players can heal up nicely. I know I definitely want Harrison Smith, Linval Joseph, and Adam Thielen back for their next game against Seattle.
